Les appartements sont disponibles entre 17h et 19h le jour de votre arrivée et doivent être libérés avant 10h le jour de votre départ.

RESERVATION

Pour toute réservation, vous devez verser un acompte de 20% du montant de votre séjour et régler le solde le jour de votre arrivée à la remise des clés. Un dépôt de garantie vous sera également demandé.

Toute réservation non confirmée dans les 8 jours sera annulée.

- linges de toilettes (en location 5 € par personne / semaine)

CAUTION

- 160 € par appartement versée le jour de votre arrivée, à la remise des clés.
- ménage final : 40 € par appartement.
- les animaux ne sont pas admis.

SERVICE APRES VENTE

Nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables des cas fortuits, catastrophes climatiques ou de nuisances (bruit dans la rue, voisins, travaux, etc.) qui viendraient perturber, interrompre votre séjour.

INVENTAIRE

Il est affiché dans l’appartement et vous disposez de 24h pour le contrôler et nous signaler les objets manquants. Le jour de votre départ, la vérification de l’appartement, et l’inventaire seront effectués par nos soins.

The apartments are available between 5 and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to an advance payment of 20% of the amount of your stay and the balance is payable on taking the keys upon arrival. A deposit is also required as guarantee.

Rental of Saturday to Saturday

Except season day of departure and flexible arrival.

All reservation that are not confirmed in 8 days wil be cancelled.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE

- consumption of water and electricity
- visitor tax
- free baby cot (depending upon availability)

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE

- bathroom towels (on rental at € 5 per person / week)

- bed linen (on rental at € 12 per bed / week)

WARRANTY DEPOSIT

- €160 per apartment must be deposited on the day of arrival and will be returned 15 days after departure.
- End-of-stay cleaning: €35 per apartment.
- Pets are not admitted.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

The management cannot be held responsible for fortuitous events, climatic disasters or nuisances (street noise or noise caused by neighbours, work activities etc.) that may cause disturbance to or interrupt your stay.

INVENTORY

This is posted inside the apartment and you have 24 hours to check and notify the management if any objects or features are missing. After your departure, the apartment will be checked and an inventory drawn up by the management.

Il giorno del vostro arrivo potrete accedere agli appartamenti tra le 17.00 e le 19.00, gli stessi dovranno essere liberati entro le ore 10.00 il giorno della vostra partenza.

Fuori stagione giorno di partenza e d'arrivo flessibile.

Ogni prenotazione non confermata tra gli 8 giorni sarà annullata.

PRENOTAZIONE

Al momento della prenotazione vi verrà richiesto di versare un acconto pari al 20% dell’ammontare del vostro soggiorno, il saldo dovrà essere pagato il giorno stesso del vostro arrivo al momento della consegna delle chiavi. Vi verrà inoltre richiesto un deposito di garanzia.

- Il consumo dell’acqua e dell’elettricità
- La tassa di soggiorno
- Letto per neonati gratuito (secondo la disponibilità)

LE NOSTRE TARIFFE NON COMPRENDONO

- biancheria per il bagno (a noleggio 5 € a persona/a settimana)

- Lenzuoli per letto e feddere (a noleggio 12 € a letto/a settimana)

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE

- 160 € ad appartamento da versare il giorno del vostro arrivo e che verranno restituiti 15 giorni dopo la vostra partenza.
- Pulizia finale: 40 € ad appartamento.
- Non sono ammessi animali.

ASSISTENZA CLIENTI

Non possiamo in alcun modo essere ritenuti responsabili di casi fortuiti, catastrofi climatiche o di rumori molesti (rumori nella strada, vicini, lavori, ecc.) che potrebbero turbare o interrompere il vostro soggiorno.

INVENTARIO

Un inventario è affisso all’interno del vostro appartamento, sarà vostra cura verificare che tutto sia in ordine e segnalarci eventuali oggetti mancanti entro 24 ore dal vostro arrivo. Dopo la vostra partenza effettueremo noi stessi un controllo dell’appartamento e dell’inventario.
